1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EncryptMyKeys ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

EncryptMyKeys provides client-side AES-256-GCM encryption and decryption tools accessible via web browser and Chrome extension. All cryptographic operations are performed locally in your browser.

3. Free Tier

The free tier provides text encryption and decryption limited to 5,000 characters per operation and 1 image encryption per day. Provided "as is" with no warranty.

4. Pro Legal Portal

The Pro plan provides unlimited encryption, image encryption, email sending, and a dedicated legal workspace. Billed monthly via PayPal. A 7-day free trial is available.

Cancellation: Cancel at any time. Account remains active until end of billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: encrypt or transmit illegal content; facilitate criminal activity; circumvent security measures; overload infrastructure; or impersonate other users.

6. Zero-Knowledge Disclaimer

Because all encryption happens in your browser, we cannot recover your data if you lose your passphrase. You are solely responsible for your passphrases.

7. Intellectual Property

The EncryptMyKeys name, logo, design, and codebase are our property.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
